ShopRelay helps independent auto businesses take estimates and bookings. This policy describes what the app actually does today.

What we collect

Shop owners: email, password (stored securely by our login provider) and the business details, services, prices and hours you enter. Your customers: the name, email, phone, vehicle and booking details they submit on your booking page. Demo-request form: the details you type in.

How it is used

Only to run your booking page and dashboard. Each business can only see its own customers and bookings. We do not sell data.

Service providers

Hosting and database by Lovable Cloud. Payments by Stripe — we never see full card numbers.

Text messages

We only text customers who tick the optional SMS consent box, and we record when they agreed. Texts are sent through Twilio. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and consent are never sold or shared for marketing.

Anything you enter in the demo stays in your own browser and is never sent to us.
