These terms describe how ShopRelay works today.

The service

ShopRelay provides a booking page, estimates and an owner dashboard for one business per account.

Pricing

Account setup and private preview are free. Activating costs a $199 one-time activation fee (USD), charged at activation, which publishes your branded booking page connected to your services, prices, availability and dashboard. The subscription is $49 per month and covers hosting, platform updates, maintenance, security improvements and access to business tools while subscribed. The 14-day free trial applies only to the monthly subscription: the first $49 is charged 14 days after activation and then monthly until cancelled. A card is required to activate. Platform updates keep each business’s branding, prices, settings and records.

Refunds

If you cancel within 14 days of activating, contact support for a refund of the $199 activation fee.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your booking page stays live until the end of the paid period, then is hidden. Your data is kept so you can reactivate.

Your responsibilities

You set your own prices and honor bookings made through your page. Estimates are calculated from the prices you enter.
